This is where all the purchase offers you’ve sent are displayed. Whether your offer is still under review by SpireEx or has been approved and sent, you’ll find it here. Remember, every offer sent through our platform is carefully reviewed by the SpireEx team to ensure it meets all necessary criteria. You can view up to 12 sent offers directly on this page. For more than 12 offers, please check your email for a comprehensive list.

Listed Properties

If you’re selling your home on your own (For Sale By Owner), the Listed Properties section is where you can manage your listings. This is your hub for all properties you’ve listed for sale through SpireEx. Easily update, manage, or review your listings as needed.

Home Buying Timeline

The Home Buying Timeline is a step-by-step guide to help you track your progress through the home-buying process. From the moment you decide to buy a home to the final closing, this timeline will guide you through each stage. Here are a few tips to make the most of this feature:

Recently Viewed and Saved Homes

The Recently Viewed and Saved Homes section is your quick access to properties you’ve shown interest in. Here’s how it works:

• Recently Viewed: Quickly revisit properties you’ve recently looked at. This feature helps you keep tabs on homes that caught your eye without the need to search for them again.
• Saved Homes: This is your personalized collection of homes you’re considering. Save homes that match your criteria and easily access them whenever you’re ready to take the next step.

Account Settings

In the Account Settings section, you can customize your SpireEx experience to suit your preferences. Here’s what you can do:

Profile Settings

Update your personal information including name, email, and phone number. Keeping this information up-to-date ensures you receive timely updates and offers.

Notification Settings
